Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and firearms training requirement for applicable facilities.
• Possession of current state Certificate of Eligibility where required.
• Attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates; provide feedback and implement business solutions.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and expense control; ensure sales and profit goals are met.
• Oversee staffing, training, mentorship, and creating a sense of belonging for associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and foster integrity and ethics across store operations.
