• For facilities that sell firearms or ammunition, background checks or state requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, mentoring, and setting clear expectations.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure customer service excellence and manage store operations, merchandise presentation, and shrink mitigation.
