Miss A Stores, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Order Specialist to join our Headquarters team. You will execute daily store replenishment orders, resolve exceptions, and ensure on-time product availability across the store fleet.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail operations or order management, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and comfort with ERP systems. This is an in-office, full-time position with a competitive $16–$20 hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in retail operations, order management, supply chain, or inventory support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP or order management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and release daily store orders with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring compliance with scheduling and cutoff requirements.
• Review order quantities against forecasts, promotional calendars, and inventory parameters before release.
• Investigate and resolve order exceptions, including shortages, substitutions, back orders, and system errors.
