Job summary

Miss A Stores, Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to join our Headquarters team. The role focuses on accurate, timely processing of store replenishment orders and coordination between inventory planning, distribution, and store operations.

You will handle daily orders, resolve exceptions, and support tools enhancements while maintaining SOPs and data integrity in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in retail operations, order management, supply chain, or inventory support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP or order management systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and release daily store orders with high accuracy.
• Review order quantities against forecasts and inventories prior to release.
• Investigate and resolve order exceptions, shortages, substitutions, back orders, and system errors.
• Monitor patterns in over/under ordering or stockouts for corrective action.
• Serve as a point of contact for store partners regarding order status and timelines.
• Maintain accurate order records and up‑to‑date system data.
