• Investigate and resolve order exceptions, including shortages, substitutions, back orders, and system errors.
• Monitor patterns in over-ordering or stockouts and escalate to improve processes.
• Provide professional support to store partners on order status and timelines.
• Maintain accurate order records and reflect current inventory in the system.
