Brobston Group in Park City, Utah is hiring an Operations Support Associate to help keep daily store operations running smoothly across stockroom and sales floor. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, merchandise processing, customer service, and store presentation.

You will process freight, replenish stock, perform RFID scans, assist customers, and support front- and back-of-house tasks. Flexible day, evening, weekend availability is required to match store schedules and seasonal needs.

Qualificações

• Experience in back-of-house or similar in high-volume or specialty environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lift and maneuver merchandise as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Process freight, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and ship-to-home orders according to company guidelines.
• Maintain organized inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor, support stock checks and deliveries.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.
