Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Task Associate to keep fixtures stocked, the store clean, and merchandise readily available to guests, enabling an exceptional shopping experience.

The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, driving performance on operational metrics, people interactions, and adherence to processes and compliance standards. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available.
• Meet compliance goals related to the task dashboard, shipments, replenishment, and inventory.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support the MM and OM in performance, people, and process.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with inventory procedures.
