Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and the front end, assist with pharmacy and retail store operations, and support store performance, merchandising, and asset protection.

You will lead recruiting, coaching, scheduling, performance management, and training; ensure compliance with policies and laws; and partner with leadership to drive customer experience and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record or Walgreens Community Internship Program completed.
• Two years of supervisory experience (not required to have direct reports).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
