Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Manager, Store Ops Reporting & Analytics to lead enterprise reporting and analytics for store operations. You will develop and refine metrics, isolate exceptions, and guide opportunities to improve financial and store performance.

You will manage an analytics team, build predictive models, and present actionable insights to leadership to drive execution and continuous improvement across Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Loss Prevention, and IT.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Convert data into actionable recommendations supporting operational decision-making and strategy.
• Experience presenting insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly enterprise-wide reporting oversight on key metrics.
• Identify trends, gaps and opportunities; offer mitigation solutions.
• Lead analytics team; develop predictive models to identify exceptions early.
• Manage multiple analytics projects with timelines, quality and value.
• Develop and maintain critical operational metrics and dashboards.
• Communicate findings to senior leadership and business owners.
