Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to plan actions for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
