Job summary

You will assume supervisory responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence and guide team members to meet store goals, profitability, and policy adherence, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and meet goals and profits.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on important tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and administrative duties.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in for Store Manager in their absence and assume responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Produce extraordinary service and promote store services and merchandise.
