Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Onalaska, WI location. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor while maintaining clean, organized spaces.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, strong communication skills, and the capability to supervise and train store associates in a high-energy retail environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or similar environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing, transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Execute opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store displays and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention tasks.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
