Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives such as merchandise schematics.
• Retail/ Grocery/ Drug store store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication required.
• Team-oriented, high-energy environment experience expected.
• Customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills necessary.
• Ability to make decisions and supervise staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas in the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures, displays and store standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items and loss prevention.
