Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Maine location to support the General Manager in daily store operations. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure policy adherence, and maintain store standards including cash handling and inventory control.

Responsibilities include completing daily accounting paperwork, training staff, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with leadership on promotions and safety compliance. Flexibility for varied hours is required.

Qualificações

• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate, count, read and write accurately.
• Flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager with daily store operations.
• Supervise, train, and discipline hourly employees.
• Monitor cash handling and inventory; investigate shortages/overages.
• Maintain records, cashier accountability sheets, and prescribed records.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other admin duties as required.
• Coordinate gasoline deliveries and support promotional initiatives.
• Promote guest service and safe store operations.
