• Supervise, develop, train and discipline hourly employees.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; assist with shortages/overages.
• Maintain business records and cashier accountability sheets.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties.
• Promote guest service and participate in company promotional initiatives.
