Qualifications

• Ability to generate profitable sales and gain market share.

Responsibilities

• Train staff to provide excellent customer service and a professional image.
• Motivate, develop store associates.
• Create and implement marketing plans to increase customer count and profitability.
• Post promotions and ensure signage is properly posted.
• Maintain clean, stocked, organized store and oversee building/equipment.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, priced, and displayed safely and attractively.
• Monitor competitor fuel pricing and report to supervisor.
• Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner.
• Monitor cash over/short, shrinkage, and drive-offs daily.
• Substitute for store associates as needed.
• Handle price changes and markdowns as directed.
• Enforce merchandising and vendor policies and safety procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
