Job summary

CVS Health in Jasper, IN is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, the Supervisor leads the store and supervises staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.

Key duties include supervising crew, communicating with management, merchandising, pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
• Experience as a retail supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise staff alongside store management.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote a customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price and stock shelves; plan and execute weekly seasonal displays.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues; maintain confidentiality.
