CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and drive performance, while delivering excellent customer service and fostering consumer loyalty. You will support store management, supervise crews, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

This role requires flexible full-time availability, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, to respond to urgent issues and to maintain CVS standards across the store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in planning and driving store execution.
• Supervise the store crew and communicate with management and staff.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly/promotional displays.
