Job summary

CVS Health in Barre, Vermont is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store management in planning and driving store execution and performance, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service. You will help build consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through positive experiences and teamwork.

When there is no manager onsite, you will lead the store and supervisory staff, ensure that opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain smooth operations while upholding

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise; stock shelves; support planning, displays, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
