Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a part-time role in Keene, NH. The position supports the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance, while building consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service.

When no manager is onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and staff, ensures opening/closing procedures, and maintains a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: Supervise the store team, coordinate with store management, and communicate effectively between management and crew.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS customer service culture, handle inquiries and complaints, provide feedback and coaching to colleagues, maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, plan and execute displays, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
