Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Store Operations Supervisor to manage merchandise flow from delivery through replenishment on the sales floor. You will maintain stockroom organization and coordinate workflows between back-of-house and the sales floor.

You will coach staff, drive talent development, and execute seasonal visual updates while upholding merchandising, signage, safety, and policy standards. You will address customer concerns and contribute to service improvements.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with retail technology and POS systems.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• Able to move around store and lift up to 30 pounds.

Summary

The Store Operations Supervisor supports efficient merchandise flow from delivery through sales-floor replenishment while maintaining stockroom organization and brand standards. This role leads operational processes and team development to support a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, price, tag, and process incoming merchandise; manage replenishment, stock checks, reticketing, and returns.
• Maintain stockroom organization and coordinate workflows between the back of house and sales floor.
• Coach and train team members, provide feedback, and support talent development and recruiting.
• Collaborate on seasonal visual updates and uphold merchandising, signage, safety, and company policy standards.
• Address customer concerns and support service and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Three or more years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with technology, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to move around the store, lift or climb up to 30 pounds, and work around chemicals.
