Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Maintain store, stockroom, and sales floor to company standards.
• Direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is away.
• Handle directives and communications from SSC Corporate and Store Manager as delegated.
• Assist with receipt and return of merchandise and freight flow.
• Support planning, merchandising and monthly sales planning.
