Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager – Store Manager Role to lead store teams, drive customer experience, and meet KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment. The role supports the Store Manager and steps in during their absence, ensuring consistency and brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing schedules, executing store processes, and maintaining loss prevention standards while delivering strong sales performance and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand leadership and planning to deliver exceptional client experience and drive KPIs.
• Engages, trains and develops teams; recruits to build candidate networks.
• Ensures execution of store processes and digital strategies; oversees inventory, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Maintains safety and loss prevention through adherence to policies and procedures.
