Big Ray’s, proudly Alaskan and locally owned, is hiring a full-time Store Operations Manager to oversee inventory lifecycle and drive store efficiency. You will lead Inventory Control and Mail Order teams and partner with the Customer Service Manager to ensure stock availability aligns with superior customer experience.

You will set standards for team pace, delegate tasks, train staff, and troubleshoot issues on the floor as they arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of retail or related industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Understanding of community engagement and stakeholder importance.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Professional communication and teamwork across partners and management.
• Basic computer skills and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full inventory lifecycle from receiving to replenishment.
• Lead Inventory Control and Mail Order teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Manager to align stock and customer experience.
