CubeSmart Store Operations Associate works to manage and maintain stores within your district, delivering strong customer service and handling leasing processes, payments, and daily operations. The role emphasizes daytime hours with some weekend flexibility and opportunities for growth across the U.S.

Responsibilities include meeting monthly sales goals, performing property walks, and executing routine maintenance to keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven with a strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to stand/walk, bend, and climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Assist with leasing process, payments via POS, and daily deposits.
• Perform daily property checks and maintenance tasks.
