Job summary

You will handle lens replacements, supply catalog management, and cross-functional coordination with stores and distribution centers, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or eyewear environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and clerical tasks.
• Ability to lift 10–15 lbs and assist with store operations duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage store lens replacement requests, verify availability, authorize, track progress, and forecast lens stock needs.
• Process orders for lenses, warranty parts, and accessories; monitor status and shipments.
• Create and maintain catalogs of office supplies, promotional materials, and lab tools for each Retail Brand; manage ad hoc supply orders.
• Support new store openings, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Review weekly deposit reports and escalate issues.
• Troubleshoot refunds and credits with accounting; coordinate with Smartly, Omnichannel and Smart Shopper systems.
• Provide store support for multiple Distribution Centers and suppliers.
