Oliver Peoples Boston Seaport, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Licensed Store Manager to lead a high-end eyewear boutique. You will drive sales, recruit and train a premium team, and ensure flawless customer experiences in a luxury retail environment.

You will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, monitor KPIs, and maintain brand standards while balancing inventory control and loss prevention. This role requires strong leadership and excellent communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail management or premium brands.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of sales KPIs and financial metrics.
• Ability to mentor and develop a team in a boutique setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all sales and operational activities to meet weekly/monthly sales objectives.
• Recruits, onboards, and develops talent with luxury retail experience.
• Coaches associates with constructive feedback and performance reviews.
• Staffs the store to deliver exceptional customer service and brand standards.
• Manages inventory accuracy and asset protection.
