Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, driving sales and delivering a positive shopping experience. You will lead a high-performing team, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards on the sales floor and online channels.

The role requires fashion passion, a customer-first mindset, and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion with outgoing personality and strong customer service.
• Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in changing business environment with impactful ideas.
• Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and provide leadership to optimize sales.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive sales and customer experience.
• Contribute to inventory management, replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards through the store.
• Support shipment processing and ongoing store operations.
