Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Woodbridge Center store in New Jersey.

The role blends sales strategy, store operations, and people leadership to deliver exceptional customer service, manage openings and closings, and optimize floor sets. You’ll supervise staff, handle staffing, training, and payroll, demonstrate product knowledge, build visual displays, analyze reports, control inventory, and support Omni Channel orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
