Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Corte Madera, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations and people leadership. You will drive sales by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service while overseeing opening and closing routines.

The role includes staffing, training and developing non‑management staff, merchandising, inventory control and POS operation. You’ll represent the brand, coach teammates, and help grow the store while upholding company

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
