Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead back-of-house operations and ensure the Tiffany Experience for every client.

You will partner with store leadership on initiatives, manage inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and jewelry maintenance while upholding company policies. The role requires 2-3 years of retail operations experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior retail operations experience.
• Experience with merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
• Able to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations in the store and ensure smooth daily activities.
• Provide excellent client service and support store leadership to drive sales goals.
• Act as manager on duty when needed, including opening/closing the store and coordinating orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate order fulfillment and repairs.
