Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• CBC and Firearms Training requirements where applicable.
• Attend and complete job-required trainings (e.g., Open Door, Academy) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training and actively listening to associates; supervise store operations.
• Drive financial performance by evaluating PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs are met, resolve issues, and promote Walmart service standards and Open Door Policy.
