Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college, OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete job-required trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive the financial performance of the store area by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues following Walmart's One Best Way model.
• Coordinate merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet sales and shrink reduction goals.
• Promote a culture of belonging, recruit and mentor associates, and uphold integrity and ethics.
