Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager at Kenwood Towne Centre in Cincinnati to blend sales leadership with store operations. You will oversee opening/closing, supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, schedule staff, and train non-management teammates.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, visual merchandising, and achieving sales goals while upholding brand culture across channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

Perform Opening and Closing Routines to start and end each day.
Supervise salesfloor & stockroom ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
Handle staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
Train and develop non-management staff.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
Build and maintain visual displays to reflect current campaigns.
Analyze reporting to inform store decisions and performance.
Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
Operate Register/Point of Sale systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
