Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Virginia seeks an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations and people leadership. You will drive sales by analyzing performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing opening/closing routines with focus on efficiency.

You'll coach and develop staff, coordinate staffing and scheduling, and ensure brand standards, visual merchandising and omni-channel fulfillment are executed to meet company goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and brand knowledge.
• Able to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
