Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise salesfloor and stockroom.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, displays, and omni-channel orders.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and represent the brand with strong customer service.
