Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams in high-volume retail, production, customer service, or similar environment.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to develop team members and sustain engagement.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Oversee daily store and donation center operations.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor workflow, payroll, and labor productivity; coordinate opening/closing duties.
