Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and drive sales by ensuring fixtures are stocked, the floor is clean, and tasks are completed efficiently.

The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays, and offers full-time and part-time positions with benefits. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandising sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training, brand and category education, to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and shipment processing using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned area replenished, signed, faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain outstanding store cleanliness including sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
