Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. You will keep merchandise stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and follow processes to ensure smooth daily performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices; able to work independently and as part of a team; problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operations.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support merchandising manager and operations manager through performance, people, and process.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
