Job summary

Wal-Mart is seeking a results‑oriented leader for a store management role in Portage, IN. You will lead and develop store teams, drive sales, and manage budgeting, merchandising, and operations to meet profit goals.

Expect to supervise multiple departments, mentor associates, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining store standards and implementing company initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college or equivalent with supervisory experience.
• 1 year retail experience plus 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Assists with trainings and assessments as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves customer needs and issues.
