Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing store team, align with the brand mission and values, and drive top-line sales growth through strategic planning, guest service, and operational excellence.

You will manage talent, scheduling, payroll budgets, inventory life cycle, quality standards, and loss prevention, while executing planograms, realignments, and staff development to foster a culture of accountability and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink.
• Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling needs and communicate with the GM to maximize productivity and complete workload on time and within budget.
• Review, analyze and react to financial and operational reporting, store visit and audit results.
• Maintain attendance and ensure staff adhere to attendance policy.
• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to drive business results.
