CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution, performance, and customer service excellence. Under the Store Manager, you will lead a productive store team, demonstrate initiative, and set an example in daily operations.

You will oversee staffing, training, and development, manage sales and inventory, and guide financial performance while fostering a customer-centric culture.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
