Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive top-line sales growth in our store. This role focuses on people, performance, and process to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

The OM will manage staffing, inventory life cycle, planograms, and compliance while coaching associates to deliver superior guest experiences and measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Proven ability to drive top-line sales and manage payroll budgets.
• Leadership and development of a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals and sales targets.
• Lead staffing—hiring, coaching, and performance reviews to grow the team.
• Oversee inventory life cycle, planograms, and merchandising execution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and store standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and product demonstrations to drive sales.
