Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Athens, OH is seeking a hospitality-focused manager to lead a diverse hourly team, including shift leaders, cookie crew, and drivers. You will coach, hire, and develop staff while maintaining high food quality, engaging guest service, and a clean, welcoming store environment.

This role emphasizes a culture of excellence, sales performance, and opportunities for personal growth. You will also manage inventory controls, create local marketing drops, and drive in-store

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thurs- Sun).
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality for day-to-day management.
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Solid tech skills with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; experience using an ATS.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.

• Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens - a plus
