Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is expanding and seeking a hospitality-focused manager for our brand-new Denton, TX location. You will hire, coach and develop a diverse team (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers) and lead service, quality, and store cleanliness to drive sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thu-Sun).
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality for day-to-day management.
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
• Solid technical acumen with restaurant/retail software; experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Teams and ATS.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
