Job summary

LCI Brand at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all daily base supply store operations onsite. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with 7:30 AM–4 PM hours; duties include customer service, ordering, receiving, merchandising and staff supervision.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma with two years of relevant training, and experience in DOD logistics or retail management. Forklift experience is a plus, with strong negotiation and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and two years relevant training.
• Experience in military or civil service with DOD logistics or warehouse ops preferred.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and delivery terms with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations.
• Deliver strong customer service and interface with customers and staff.
• Handle ordering, receiving, sales reconciliation, delivery coordination, and visual merchandising.
• Administer personnel, maintain cleanliness, and interact with senior military/civilian personnel.
• Brief visitors and explain store operations to achieve business goals.
