Job summary

LCI is seeking a supervisor to assist in operating the Base Supply store at Ft. Benning. The role involves supervising up to 15 staff, coordinating with corporate teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations and inventory integrity.

Candidates should have experience in warehouse/logistics or retail management, plus a background in sales or marketing and leadership of subordinate staff. Forklift experience and a valid driver's license are a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics or extensive retail management.
• Experience managing subordinates is essential.
• Knowledge of sales or marketing is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 15 personnel. Communicate with store manager, staff, customers and vendors.
• Direct daily operations and weekly goals; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Maintain 98% on-shelf stock position; ensure inventory integrity and safety.
