Job summary

LCI Brand in Columbia, SC is seeking a hands-on Base Supply Store Supervisor to assist in the overall operation at Fort Jackson. You will oversee daily store activities, merchandise, pricing, inventory control, and customer service to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

The role requires leadership of up to 15 staff, experience in warehouse/logistics or retail management, and the ability to coordinate with corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics or extensive retail management.
• Knowledge of sales or marketing is required.
• Experience managing subordinates is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 15 personnel; supervise daily operations and inventory control.
• Maintain store organization, pricing, merchandising, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with store manager, corporate staff, customers and vendors.
• Ensure 98% on-shelf stock position; manage time cards and reporting.
• Support training of staff and maintain relationships with departments.
