Job summary

You will ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and correctly, handle opening and closing duties, banking, and inventory counts, and maintain staffing levels with effective scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to read and understand financials (P&L) and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly.
• Oversee total store operations and communicate with managers and staff.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, banking deposits, and inventory counts.
• Maintain staffing levels and create employee schedules.
• Promote Domino’s products and promotions.
• Ensure vehicles and grooming standards meet Domino’s policies.
