Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP in Kentucky seeks an experienced store leader to oversee teams, sales, and customer experience. You will coach associates, manage operations, and implement business initiatives aligned with OBW standards and company priorities.

You will analyze performance, control costs, and drive merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink reduction while ensuring a high quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management and Leadership program anticipated through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or equivalent retail/supervisory experience.
• Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments (Academy, Open Door, etc.).
• General work experience with supervisory responsibilities is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Coach and mentor associates, assign duties, and maintain high performance.
• Ensure policy compliance, training, and assessment of workforce; support live better initiatives and store operations.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University

2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
